Just got back from a two hour hike through Deadfall Meadows to Deadfall Lake. Wonderful wildflowers, butterflies everywhere, even a shy little doe.

Oh my goodness, that is a beautiful place! I want to jump in that lake. Loved the photography and it convinced me that my beach reading will be my digital photographer's handbook! I so want to leave the realm of snapshots and go to the land of photographs/art! My favorite picture was the third one on the second row - the wildflowers and the ripples.
Laura, this is gorgeous! Envy. We still haven't been out this year.
